Guidance Office

All Juniors should be registering for the ACT in April or June if they plan on attending a 4-year college.  All registrations are done on-line at www.actstudent.org/start.  Hudson High School Code is 500-920.  Hudson will ONLY be hosting the April test date.

Attention Parents of Seniors:  The Wisconsin Educational Opportunity Program (WEOP) is currently accepting applications for the Talent Incentive Program (TIP) grant and the GEAR UP Outreach Scholarship.  The purpose of both the TIP Grant and the GU scholarship is to assist disadvantaged, low-income students with limited financial resources to attend college.  Applicants must be WI residents, first time college freshman, and planning to attend eligible 2 or 4 year colleges in Wisconsin.  Both sources of aid are renewable.  In order to apply for either program the student must complete the WEOP application once and submit it to the Eau Claire WEOP office along with a copy of their financial aid award letter and student AID report by June 30, 2013 or until funds are exhausted.  Students can access the application at www.dpi.gov./weop/index.html.
