Clubs and Activities

ACT Math Preparation Class

The ACT Math Prep class will be held on the following dates:  1/31, 2/7, 2/14, and 2/21.  Class will be held from 8 -10 am in HHS classroom number 308E.

This class is open to HS juniors and seniors and is designed to help HS students prepare for the ACT test.  ACT Prep can lead to higher scores; improve chances of getting admitted to the college of your choice and increase opportunities for scholarships.  This class focuses on the mathematics portion of the ACT test, which includes a review of algebra, geometry and trigonometry skills, as well as a discussion of test taking strategies. Retired ACT questions will be used.

To register for this class, go to the District Home Page (www.hudson.k12.wi.us) Community Tab, and then Community Education Courses.   


Attention Junior and Senior NHS members:  Sign up now to form committees to work on the blood drive, which is scheduled for March 25th.  The sign up forms are on Ms. Murphy's door, room 105.
There will be an important meeting on Thursday, February 12th at 7:45am for all committee members.

Senior Congratulatory and Buddy Ads for the 2015 HHS yearbook. Don't miss out on an tradition that parents and students have enjoyed for years! It involves parents or students submitting stories, poems, and/or a message of congratulations to acknowledge a current senior. You may also submit a memorable photo or other artwork you would like to use in the ad. Your son or daughter may also want to put in an ad for their friends. The True Blue Annual staff will create the advertisement for you, or you can choose to submit an electronic file in JPEG format. The deadline has been extended to February 6. Order forms can be found on the Hudson High School home page (hs.hudson.k12.wi.us) under Student and Parent Resources/Yearbook/Yearbook Ordering

Intramural Basketball

Sign-up for Intramural Basketball ends on Thursday, Jan. 15!  Forms may be picked up in the Athletic Office.  The cost is $5 per player.  Games will be played on Monday nights beginning Monday, Jan. 19th and running for 6 weeks, ending on Monday, Feb. 23rd.


Sustainability Club:
Do you care about the health of our planet?  Want to make a difference in our school and community?  Come join the sustainability club.  We meet before school every Friday morning, 6:50 a.m., in Ms. Mueller's room, 518.  This is a student led, outdoors focused group, that does meaningful projects.  All are welcome.  We hope to see you there!

NOTE:  All physical dates are available in Family Access.

Hudson High School S.A.D.D. (Students Against Destructive Decisions) will meet every Thursday morning from 7:15 to 8:15 on the West Stage.  New members are always welcome!
