Site Manager Instructions

Students:  Site managers cannot see your passwords.  If you have forgotten your eChalk password you will need to stop in and ask your school media specialist to reset this for you.  Passwords are not emailed out to anyone since the recipient cannot be verified.  If you completed a "help" question in your user account information, you can answer this question and you will be able to get into your account and reset your own password. You may call the ITS office for assistance, Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 4:00 pm.

If you need your Student Access or Family Access login and password, please contact your school office at (715) 377-3800 extent ion 6020 and someone will be able to assist you with this.

Please make sure you are trying the proper login and password in the correct area.  eChalk and Family Access are two different programs with different logins and passwords.

If you entered a Forgot Password Question during first time login, you may use the form below to login.

Contact Site Manager

  1. Fill out the form below.
    • Include your first name, last name, email address and any additional comments.
  2. Click the Submit button and the Site Manager will receive your message and get back to you.

Use this "Contact Site Manager" message for questions concerning eChalk.  Note that passwords will not be sent to users via email.  You must stop in your buildilng media center or call the ITS office to verify your identity for password resets. 

Messages sent to "Administrator" will go to the school Principal.

If you need help with Family or Student Access, please contact your building secretary as this is a separate program and uses different logins and passwords.
